Ordering
Foodies currently serves Mountain House, California. Users can preorder available weekend lunch and dinner slots from participating restaurants and pick up from the shared Mountain House pickup location after the order is ready.
Payment
Payment instructions are shown inside the app after order submission. Orders may show as payment pending until payment is verified. Unpaid orders may not be accepted.
Pickup
Pickup time and status are shown in the Orders tab. The pickup address is shared in the app when an order is ready for pickup.
Cancellations and Issues
If there is an order issue, email support with your order number, name, optional phone number, and a short description. Cutoff and cancellation handling may depend on the restaurant and preparation status.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account inside the app from Account. Account deletion removes your login and profile information. Past order records may be retained without your personal contact details when needed for business records.
